Aims and Scope

Journal of the East Asian Society of Dietary Life (J East Asian Soc Diet Life) is a journal that is published on a bimonthly basis, and is distributed by the East Asian Society of Dietary Life. This journal aims to promote the advancement of research in the field of East Asian dietary life, including food culture, nutrition, food/cooking science, food service management and food sanitation, and etc.
